Resistance Training – Body Conditioning

This program consists of body conditioning and supplementary training such as martial science specific weight lifting, finger training, palm, leg and foot strengthening and building.  Also included is progressive and gradual training with heavy weapons to build shoulders, arms and handgrip strength.  These exercises are martial science specific and designed to further enhance and develop selected areas of the body. A well-conditioned body moves more gracefully than one that is not.
